We're really serious about getting you the best and most delicious foods in your gifts. Sometimes, to ensure quality arrival during the hot or in-climate months, we substitute things like fresh cheeses, chocolates, or meltables with less fragile (but still totally delicious!) counterparts. We always substitute equal value items with equal or greater value replacements. We never compromise on the quality of what we include in our gift assortments.
