Shipping Information

We ship via UPS to any location in the continental USA. Choose a delivery date on the gift detail page for each gift you purchase before adding to the cart. Gift detail pages display a shipping calendar that allows you to select a delivery date for each gift that you order. 

Gift Messaging

During checkout, you will have the option of including a postcard style gift card and include your personalized message. Your gift card is included inside your package - not printed on the outside shipping label.

Large Orders and Corporate Giving

Do you have more than 15 gifts to ship? We’re glad to help! We offer volume discounts, custom options, recipient list processing and more.

Payment Options

Fruitfully accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also offer PayPal for your convenience. We bill for the entire order at the time of purchase.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We do, however, guarantee every gift we send. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days for resolution. We will either ship a replacement gift or refund your purchase cost to the method of payment you used to make your purchase.
